The Flight Review
Your licence does not expire, but you need to have a current flight review in order to practice the privileges of your licence and ratings.
A flight review shouldn’t be viewed as a flight test, but as an opportunity to brush up on your skills and perhaps learn something new. If you’ve been flying regularly then it can usually be completed in one session. If it’s been a while, then your flight review can be completed over several flights.
It’s a good idea to let your instructor know what you’d like to cover in your review. This could be emergency procedures, controlled airspace, ALAs/short field or anything else you can think of.
Contact us at Western Flight Training to discuss your flight review.
